It is a lovely nest just remodeled down to the last details to make your stay comfortable and romantic: oak-beamed, wood ceiling and parquet, chip in making a warm atmosphere



The Space
Central, light and very quiet, the Maia is a charming and lovely vacation rental set on pretty street in Santa Croce area. The apartment consists of: 1 bright living room with sofa-bed; extendable dining table to seat six, TV and fully fitted kitchen ; 1 master bedroom with double bed, TV, chest of drawers, french window; 1 small bathroom with shower; 1 loft bedroom with closet and 2 single bed: one bed upstairs, one high-quality pouf bed (which can accommodate guests of any age) downstairs. Oak-beamed, and parquet in every bedroom.

Dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer; toaster, kettle, tableware, hair dryer, children camp bed, hoover. Cotton linen and towels provided. New and silent air conditioning system in every room, free WIFI; 2 TV.

The Neighborhood
Enjoy the charms of the Florence Historic center and Santa Croce lifestyle during your stay in Florence. A variety of attractions are only a short walk away. The apartment is located at the second floor of a just refurbished old and typical building, near to the most famous sites: few minutes from Santa Croce church, Dome, Ponte Vecchio, Bargello and Uffizi. Santa Croce is one of the most cool and popular florentine locations. The area is lined with restaurants, cafés, shopping spots (email hidden)ly atmosphere. Stroll down to the Macci’s street in S. Ambrogio area you'll find the lively famous food market with all kind of fresh products. There you will also find a pay and display parking. Do visit the Ciompi square with its antiquities market. Finally, I am a good cooker and food lover, so just ask for restaurant recommendations!
Getting around
Car Not Necessary.
The Florence old town centre is full of pedestrian areas, small and easy to visit walking . Anyway the Maia apt is 205 mt far away from the pay and display parking of S.Ambrogio.

Note – the apt has two separate bedrooms so it is perfect for families of 4 or for a couple. The additional two sleeping accommodations are in the living room sofa-bed.
The wood staircase in the little loft room is steep.
The building staircase is easy anyway we want to underline that it is a walk up building (NO LIFT)
No housekeeping service during the stay
