The apartment is located in the urbanization Los Iris (which lives up to the flower name, you'll see) next to a 9-hole golf course, nice padel tennis courts and a club house where you can eat and drink well at the restaurant. You may also pamper yourself at the beauty salon / hair dresser, or have a work out in the paddle or tennis court. The apartment is attached to a service office with services like key holding service, cleaning, laundry etc.
