The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a kitchen and lounge also their is a unique second lounge and dining area in the cellar which has a great ambiance for dining and aperatif! The private walled garden gives complete privacy and security. The private secure parking allows you to park with safety and privacy. The property is accessed by electric gates. There is a covered terrace area and the garden offers the possibility of dining outside or just relaxing with a drink or two. Bedroom one has a large double bed and is situated on the ground floor, bedroom two has 2 single beds and is situated on the first floor. There are two bathrooms one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster. All crockery, glasses, knives forks etc and kitchen cooking utensils are all in the kitchen. There is also a washing machine /dryer. The large fridge also has a small freezer compartment.
