The flat has independent access through the private terrace. The flat consists of 2 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, the living room with kitchen, dining area, and double sofa bed, in addition to the terrace. It can accommodate up to 6 people, 4 sleeping in beds, and 2 sleeping on the sofa bed. The property has been renovated and full maintenance has been completed in 2023. The first bedroom has double bed (Queen size); the second bedroom has twin beds; two single beds (each 1 meter wide - 2 meters high) designed to be joined and used as a double bed, when necessary. The two full bathrooms each have shower cabins. The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hobs, fridge, freezer, microwave, juicer, toaster, kettle, coffee makers, utensils, cutlery. The double sofa bed is designed for frequent use. The patio is equipped with table and chairs, sun beds, beach umbrella, BBQ, and shower. The flat is equipped with centralised air conditioning (Cool & Heat), WiFi (fastest available in Italy), television, safe, hair drier, iron and ironing board. The materials, the mattresses, spring boxes and the fabrics are hypoallergenic.
