-Newly fitted spiral stairs leads to a rooftop with 2 sunbeds for all day sun-bathing & a shower to cool off. Special care required with children please.

-Local Supermarket (Supermercado Magar) 5 min walk from apartment. Larger supermarket (Mercadona) 15 min walk away.
-Coffee/Beer bar with WiFi opposite front door (Café Puertomar) as well as multiple along the seafront.
-Ice cream/frozen yoghurt shops and patisseries between a10-20 minute walk away

-Only 3 min walk to blue flag beach and 17 km stretch of promenade which you can walk/cycle along that leads to the Port, Castle (Castillo de Santa Ana), Lighthouse (Faro de Roquetas de Mar).

Iberia air lines Dublin to Almeria Via Madrid.
-If hiring a car you have the option to to fly into Malaga/Murcia Airport then it is a 2 hour drive to apartment.
