This renovated and bright apartment is located a few steps from the Beautiful Cathedral of San Martino and just behind the corner from the Guinigi Tower. Recently refurbished this is a very comfortable base to discover Lucca and its beauty and its surrounding area.



The apartment lies on the second floor and also has ELEVATOR. This is an antique palace inside the walls of Lucca once the residence of one of the most important families for the trade of silk in Europe in 1400s… The location is superb, very central but in a very quiet block. The area is very beautiful as it is pedestrian area. Here there a couple of very good Pizzerias, grocery, bakery, pastry shop and café for breakfast in the morning.. everything is a few steps away as well as the weekly market and the access to the promenade on the top of the city's walls.

The living room ceilings still have the original painted decoration from 1700s.



The apartment is very spacious and it measures 100 sq metres. It has a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, 5 ring stoves, freezer, refrigerator, Italian and American coffee makers, toaster, kettle, a complete set of cooking utensils like at home, wine glasses etc..), a spacious living room with TV, a bathroom with a grand built in shower.



The apartment is also equipped with clothes washer and dryer, a very reliable wi-fi connection throughout the apartment.



If you have a late arrival, make sure to inform us ahead of time. You can experience the flexibility of a late check-in, available until midnight for a surcharge of 50 euros payable in cash upon arrival.

For those enchanted by the allure of Lucca after midnight, a check-in option is also offered with a surcharge of 100 euros.



The rental property is located within the ZTL area (Limited Traffic Area, accessible only by permanent residents and people with special permission) and does not offer on-site parking.



The closest Parking is Mazzini, located in a walking distance from the rental property, so leaving the car there prior reaching the apartment is essential. By following the road signs you will be able to avoid the ZTL area while driving to the parking.



We kindly inform all guests that the rental property is self catering so hotel-like services are excluded by law (reception, surveillance of the accommodation, provision of meals and drinks, daily cleaning and linen change, transfers). For such reason any additional service can be provided on request and with the collaboration of external qualified partners and charged accordingly.
