A light, beautiful, spacious and recently renovated 2 bedroom apartment on one of the prettiest pedestrian streets in the heart of the historical old town of Villefranche- sur-Mer. The apartment is steps away from the sea, close to the beach, the train station and local shops and restaurants.

Recently remodelled, the apartment is located on the second floor of a restored sixteen century building on the pictoresque Rue de May. This home away from home is equipped with all the amenities you need to create beautiful memories whether you are a family, visiting with friends or on a romantic holiday.

As you walk into the apartment you will be struck by the three large French windows with traditional shutters which look out onto the pedestrian street below and offer views of the sea to your right.

The living area benefits from high ceilings, comfortable seating, air conditioning, a dining table large enough for six guests and a delightful writing desk. The kitchen is fully equipped (including a coffee machine) and the bathroom boasts a rain shower.

The large light bedrooms are accessed from a beautiful wooden staircase. A central corridor separates the two bedrooms and each bedroom has its own door. The mezzanine first bedroom with glass balustrade has a comfortable double bed and the second bedroom (not a mezzanine) has two comfortable single beds that can come together to form a super King-sized bed. The beds are hand crafted with good quality mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets. Each bedroom boasts plenty of storage space (chest of drawers and hanging rail) and an air conditioning/heating unit.

This charming base is just a five minute stroll from the beach; six minutes walk from the station, from which you can conveniently access Nice, Cannes, Monaco and Italy; and just a ten minute walk from the world renowned Institut de Francais.
