Standing on its 2000 m2 of olive groves, with 12 x 3,5 m private pool, the villa is located at an idyllic countryside spot of Nea Kydonia, from where it’s just 10 min drive to Chania town, and 800 m to Kalamaki’ sea, with many sandy beaches nearby. What previous guests have loved most was the feeling of spaciousness, the communication and free lines of vision that the light wells allowed, the opportunity to enjoy being outdoors at the patio, the dinning terrace and the pool, the décor’s equilibrium of earthly colours and materials with aluminium and modern fitting.
Accessible features:: Step free entrance to main floor. Wide entrance doors, all doors 75-90 cm wide, Bedrooms with room to manoeuvre. Twin beds can be made 45 cm high. A cargo lift (80cm X 110cm) gives access to all floors, but it's permitted to be used only to facilitate guests with mobility problems at theirs or their guardians' responsibility. There are two accessible bathrooms. One in the main floor with accessible sink, 45cm high toilette and accessed by a ramp 0-12 cm high. Its bath-lid is 53cm high and it has a portable bath seat. Altenatively can be used as a shower room. And one in the ground floor (roll in shawer), 45cm high toilette, gripping bars, adjustable shower-height.; All entrances are step free.
