Villa Caneva is a charming 120 sqm. stone-built villa nestled on a hillside surrounded by lush trees, just a short walk from the picturesque village of Prines. Only 10 minutes from Rethymno town and the nearby beach, this beautifully renovated property was originally a traditional aqueduct built in the 1950s, blending historic character with modern comfort. The villa comfortably accommodates 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, with the option to host up to 8 if needed.

Ground Floor:

-Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, connecting to the barbecue area and garden for easy outdoor dining.

First Floor - Three bedrooms:
-Two with queen-size beds (1.60 x 2.00) and access to a charming veranda.
-One with a bunk bed (two connected single beds).
-Bathroom with shower.
-All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
-Spacious veranda with seating area, offering beautiful views of the surroundings and pool.


Outdoor Area:
-Private swimming pool with ladder access.
-Pool terrace with outdoor shower, sunbeds, and umbrellas.
-Fully equipped barbecue area with charcoal grill and outdoor dining table.
-Ample lawn space for children to play.
-Parking within the villa premises.
-Entire property fenced with gated entrance for added security.


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
