Three separate buildings make up this five-bedroom property; a spacious two-bedroom villa, a sweet annexe with a further two bedrooms and an adjoining studio. Just enough privacy for friends or families travelling together and capable of accommodating up to eleven people. There are also five bathrooms and a well-equipped fitted kitchen. At night, the upper stone patio affords views of twinkling lights across the hillside and the glistening reflection of the moon against the waves. Cleverly lit, the villa transforms into an evening gem with a brightly lit turquoise pool and warm uplighters enhancing the stonework.
Kalami is a horseshoe bay, great for snorkelling and paddling the afternoon away. When you’re not on the beach, while the time away watching the little boats come in over a deliciously fresh Greek salad. Nearby Kouloura is a picture perfect fishing village, where locals moor their boats. Both right on your doorstep!
This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 152cm wide along with 8 steps. The front door has a width of 85cm which is the only door that leads to the outside area. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 112cm wide, the outside area is a mixture of lawn or stone paving which is flat. Spacious stone paved terraces (crazy paved) surround the villa which are non-slip and even, as well as 7 stone steps that lead to the pool terrace below the villa. There are 4 steps to the BBQ area. To the annex area, there is 1 external steps, and 2 internal steps to the bedroom area. There are two small lawn areas in front of the main villa. Inside, there are 2 steps from the hallway to the two ground floor bedrooms. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 83cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 67cm wide.
