This modern 6-bedroom (5+1) duplex is ideal for golfers or large families, with a fantastic terrace overlooking the golf course and a private garden with pool for relaxed sunny days. Step inside to six air-conditioned bedrooms and six bathrooms spread over two floors. On the first floor, there are two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a master suite with super king bed, walk-in closet, and open-plan bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower. On the ground floor, you’ll find two twin bedrooms with private bathrooms (one with shower, another with open-plan bathtub and separate shower), plus a smaller bedroom with single bed and pull-out underbed, served by a nearby service bathroom.
The bright entrance hall leads into a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils needed for comfortable holiday cooking, plus a cosy dining nook. The spacious living and dining room offers three distinct zones: a dining area for eight, a TV corner with individual armchairs, and a larger lounge with two sofas and two armchairs, cable TV, Wi‑Fi, fireplace for cooler days, and large windows framing the garden and golf views.
