Casa Coco is located within the San Lorenzo Residence, the best conceivable context in this part of Sicily. A place with wide boulevards, direct access to a beautiful beach, but above all, a heaven of well tended gardens, with lawns, flowers and palm trees.

Casa Coco consists of one bedroom with two single beds, a double bedroom, two bathrooms (one without shower) and a large living room with kitchen, fireplace, sitting area and dining table. There is also an outdoor shower. The living room leads to the veranda with sea view. All around the house there is a beautiful lawn. A road next to the house leads directly to the beach.

San Lorenzo is a seaside resort with low houses and wide sandy beaches. The coastal reserve VENDICARI is at about 1 km and can also be reached walking on the beach. The seaside village Marzamemi is at about 2 km.

All in all, Casa Coco is ideal for families who wish to enjoy the beach and explore the southern part of Sicily.
