Entry is either through the garage at street level or via the stairs leading directly into the open-plan living area. The stylish lounge features a large L-shaped sofa, two armchairs, and a 75” Smart TV with surround sound, creating the perfect space to unwind. The dining area comfortably seats eight guests, while the well-equipped kitchen includes a large island with breakfast bar and stools. There is also a large American Style fridge freezer with indoor water/ice/crushed ice. The shaded kitchen terrace includes a dining seating area, a comfortable lounge sofa, and a choice between a gas or built-in charcoal BBQ.



From the lounge, floor-to-ceiling windows open fully onto the south-west facing lounge terrace, which is furnished with comfortable lounge seating, a dining area, and sun loungers — ideal for enjoying long sunny afternoons.



Up one level are the first three bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a super king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, and an ensuite shower room. It also shares access to a terrace with the second bedroom, furnished with sun loungers, two lounge chairs, and a table. The second bedroom features a double bed and fitted wardrobes, while the third bedroom is set up with twin beds (which can be zipped together to form a super king on request) and fitted wardrobes.



Down one level from the living area, you’ll find the spacious fourth bedroom. This room is fitted with twin beds (which can also be made into a super king on request), a wardrobe, a 65” Smart TV and two bean bags, and an ensuite shower room. For guests who like to stay active, the room also includes an exercise bike and an adjustable weight bench with weights. This level also features a convenient utility area with both washing and drying machines, along with a separate guest WC.



From the house entrance, access the side terrace where you can relax on the upper-level sun loungers or head down to the private swimming pool — perfect for cooling off and soaking up the Marbella sunshine.
