The Space:
Our bright studio features a large terrace overlooking a lively courtyard. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, dining/ living space and comfy double bed. The studio has a compact bathroom and washing machine on hallway. Free street parking after 7pm during the week and all day on weekends makes exploring a breeze!
Guest Access:
You'll have the entire studio to yourself, complete with high-speed Wi-Fi, fresh linens, and toiletries. Relax and unwind in your home away from home.

- 15 mins walking distance to Cacilhas ferry and Lisbon, 10 mins ferry ride to Lisbon
- 15 mins Uber ride to Lisbon or Caparica beaches
- Close to view point overlooking Lisbon, the most popular restaurant Ponto Final, Cristo Rei Sanctuary

This is not a hotel — it’s a cozy, self-check-in apartment designed to feel like home. We provide the essential amenities so you can settle in comfortably. As a shared value, we kindly ask that before you check out, you leave things as you found them.
If you’re a light sleeper, please note that there will be some street noise. We’ve provided earplugs for your comfort, and you can close the shutters to block out the light and reduce the noise.
Please note:
• There is no TV or microwave in the apartment.
• A locked door separates this flat from the neighboring unit, which may be occupied by myself or other guests.
Check-in & Registration
• Self-check-in is available from 3 PM onwards.
• Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll be asked to complete a guest registration form, as required by Portuguese law.
House Rules
• Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• No unregistered guests are allowed at any time due to insurance policy.
• Absolutely no parties, smoking, or drugs inside the apartment.
