The house is newly built (2024) and is equipped with everything you need to be able to cook Pasta, eat outside, have a barbecue or simply relax on the terrace listening to the birds singing.
The place is an excellent starting point for visiting Sicily and just a few minutes drive from the sea! The house offers a spacious living room with dining room and equipped kitchen, a spacious double bedroom with the possibility of adding a single bed or a cot, a full bathroom with shower and a spacious terrace equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining and a lounge area to relax. A private car park on the property can hold 2 cars and also offers a charging station for electric cars (see the "House Rules" for details on electricity consumption)
