Villa Yanni with a private pool is located in the charming seaside village of Sfakaki and conveniently positioned close to restaurants, supermarkets, and the beach. Built in 2020, this contemporary villa combines comfort and style along with a commitment to accessibility (suitable for reduced mobility), making it the perfect choice for small families or couples. Fully air-conditioned with accommodation distributed over just one floor the villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. It comprises an open-plan living space incorporating a lounge with a 50” Smart TV with Netflix, satellite channels, and a Bluetooth speaker for your entertainment, a work space and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (fridge/freezer, microwave, espresso machine, dishwasher). From here, glass doors open out to a private terrace that offers stunning views of the sea, pool, and garden. There are two elegantly appointed bedrooms with Smart TV's and patio doors, one with two single beds and en-suite bathroom and the other has a king-size bed and the use of a second bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with modern comforts, walk-in showers, and hair dryers for your convenience (one is an accessible bathroom with adapted toilet and walk-in shower). The well-kept garden showcases a lush green lawn, vibrant flowers, and native plants. A modern sun deck surrounds an inviting private pool, perfect for cooling off from the sun whilst the automatic lighting will tempt you to take a night-time swim. A shaded barbecue area, equipped with a gas grill and a dining table is provided to enjoy meals al fresco as you watch the colourful skies as the sunsets.
