If you want to be right on one of the best beaches in Nerja, yet just a short stroll from the Balcon de Europa and the old town centre, then this apartment, with pool, is for you.

On the top floor (with lift) of the Torresol building, this one bedroom air-conditioned apartment has beautiful sea and pool views from it's private terrace. Torrecilla beach and promenade are right outside the building and local shops, bars and restaurants are all nearby, catering for every taste and budget.

The Torresol building is right on the promenade at Torrecilla beach and very close to the popular stretch of restaurants at Plaza Cangrejos. Many people can comfortably pass their whole holiday at Torrecilla, with everything they need within a few hundred metres of the apartment, but you can also stroll into the old town centre, which is a 10 or 15 minute walk away.

The apartment complex itself is beautifully landscaped, with a large swimming pool surrounded by a lawned garden, which gets the sun all day but has plenty of natural shade. 

The Apartment

The apartment sleeps a maximum of four people (two in the bedroom and up to two more on the sofa bed in the lounge). The private terrace opens directly from the full width of the lounge (plus has a separate door from the bedroom) and has direct sea views and also looks out over the neighbouring Rui Monica hotel pool and garden area (please note this isn't the apartment's pool/garden, which is in the centre of the building).

The compact but well equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay in Nerja, with kettle, coffee maker, electric oven with hob and fridge freezer - plus all cutlery, plates, pots and pans you need. The window opens looking out towards the pool in the centre of the building.

Opposite the kitchen you will find the shower room, which has a toilet, wash hand basin, shower and small washing machine.

The bedroom has twin beds (which can alternatively be made up as a double bed), wardrobe space and a patio door which opens on to the private terrace. The bedroom has air conditioning and ceiling fan.

The lounge has a comfortable sofa (which converts into a double bed for extra guests), a dining table and chairs and TV with Spanish and English language channels. From the sofa you can look out over the terrace towards the sea and hear the sound of waves breaking on the beach - a perfect place to take your afternoon siesta. The lounge has its own air conditioning and ceiling fan (doors and windows must be closed for the air conditioning to operate).

The terrace has a table and chairs and gets the afternoon sun (there is an awning you can pull down if you want some shade in the summer heat).
