The open-plan living area offers a warm and comfortable space to unwind, featuring a cozy sofa and a TV to enjoy your favorite shows. WiFi is available, perfect for streaming music or staying connected after a day of exploring the city.

The functional kitchen is equipped with all the essential cooking utensils, allowing you to prepare meals with ease and enjoy them at the dining table. A washer and dryer are also available, making longer stays comfortable and convenient.

The apartment features two inviting bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and another with a single bed, providing a restful setup for all guests. Fresh linens are provided to ensure a pleasant night’s sleep. The shared bathroom includes a shower and fresh towels, offering a refreshing start to your day.

Guests also have access to a private terrace, equipped with a barbecue, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining table — perfect for enjoying meals, relaxing in the sun, or unwinding in the evening. The terrace is accessed via shared stairs, as the property is part of a house that has been divided into two independent units. However, a physical barrier ensures complete privacy between both spaces, allowing guests to enjoy the outdoor area without crossing paths with the upstairs property.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A peaceful and comfortable apartment in Funchal, surrounded by greenery and stunning island scenery. Guests are close to Funchal’s historic center, the Old Town, and the cable car to Monte, as well as beautiful south-coast beaches and natural swimming areas. An ideal base for exploring Madeira’s landscapes, coastal views, and vibrant local culture.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Madeira airport is an 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
