INTERIOR

This spacious two-level villa is designed for relaxed family living, blending modern comfort with traditional charm. On the ground floor, a bright open-plan living area brings together a sleek, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine, alongside a shiny island breakfast bar ideal for snacking or chatting while cooking. The elegant dining table flows seamlessly into a lounge with comfortable sofas, TV, and high-speed internet, creating the perfect space for evenings spent together. Two king-size bedrooms with private shower rooms and pool views are also located downstairs, offering a peaceful retreat for those who prefer to stay close to the pool.



Upstairs, the villa continues its family-friendly focus with three further bedrooms, including two king-size rooms (one with en-suite) and a playful bunk room designed for children. The remaining two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub. All rooms are air-conditioned, with blackout shutters and ample storage, ensuring cool and restful nights for every member of the family.

ACCESS & PARKING

Guests have full, private access to all areas and facilities, and outdoor parking is available within the villa grounds for several cars. There are no steps to access the villa, but there is a staircase within.

•Personal Check-In: Whenever possible, a Guest Service Manager will welcome you on arrival. Some properties use key boxes if a personal check-in is not possible or required.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

•AIMA (Borders Authority): US law requires us to collect passport details for all non-US guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.

•Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.



GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION

For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:

•You will verify your personal details.

•You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
