ACCESS & PARKING
Guests have full, private access to all areas and facilities, and outdoor parking is available within the villa grounds for several cars. There are no steps to access the villa, but there is a staircase within.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
•AIMA (Borders Authority): US law requires us to collect passport details for all non-US guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
•Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.
GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION
For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:
•You will verify your personal details.
•You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
