The villa is easily accessible by car, and it is possible to park more than one car as there is a large partially covered parking area.
Completing the setting is a large saltwater pool and an equipped area with sun loungers and a gazebo.
The villa is on one level with no stairs.
Ground Floor:
Dining room with equipped kitchen / Relaxation corner.
The dining room leads to a large veranda equipped with a table, chairs, and sofas. The veranda has a wonderful view of the pool.
Also on the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with characteristic vaulted ceilings, a complete bathroom with a large en–suite shower, and a dressing room accessible directly from the veranda.
Another bedroom with two single beds that can be joined, also with vaulted ceiling, a bathroom en-suite with a shower. This room also has access from the front garden.
