Important Information:
- The private rooftop pool is heated up to 28°C for your comfort. Please note that since it’s located outdoors, the actual water temperature may vary depending on weather conditions.
- A new tower within the same complex is currently under construction. While all work respects Malta’s official quiet hours, some noise may occasionally be heard during the day.
- A baby cot is available upon request for families traveling with infants.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment, terrace, and private pool. The elevator provides direct access to your apartment for added convenience.

Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:
This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.
Submitting your eco tax online:
Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.
