The open-plan space combines a cozy resting area with a TV, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Matosinhos. WiFi is available for light browsing or staying connected.

The kitchenette is equipped with essential cooking utensils and a dishwasher, allowing you to prepare simple meals with ease. A compact dining area provides a practical spot to enjoy breakfast or a casual meal.

The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed dressed in fresh linens, ensuring restful nights. Towels and sheets are provided for your convenience.

The private bathroom includes a modern shower and a hairdryer, offering a refreshing start or end to your day. A washer is also available, making longer stays more comfortable.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A modern and comfortable apartment in Matosinhos, just minutes from the Atlantic coast. Guests can enjoy Matosinhos Beach, popular surf spots, and the scenic seaside promenade, as well as the famous seafood restaurants in the area. Close to Parque da Cidade and well connected to Porto’s city center, it’s an ideal base for beach days and urban exploration.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Mercado, is just a 4-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is an 11-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
