This home was created with spacious, modern, and luxurious spaces in mind to help guests recharge with a great experience. Unlike most vacation homes, this one is even equipped with underfloor heating to provide a great experience regardless of when you stay here. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and motorized shutters, as well as custom-made furnishings in all bedrooms. Outside you will find a 24 sqm pool with a waterfall feature, a shower, and sun loungers. For even more memorable moments, we have outdoor seating and a gas grill.

Should you need assistance or recommendations, we are happy to help during your stay through the airbnb app/phone/email. Should any problem come up, we or a member of management will be able to help you on-site. We are also available in-person from time to time as we have been spending vacations in Istra for more than a decade now!

This home is located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood, not suitable for partying. The home is in walking distance (5 minutes) from the Sea, the main street lined with restaurants and a supermarket. With 10 minutes of walking you can visit the Funtana Marina, two of Istria's best beaches (Polidor Beach and Fuente Beach) and a Dino Park for children.

Funtana is a small vacation town so getting around is easy and you can walk anywhere. With a 5 minute car or taxi drive you can reach Vrsar and Poreč for an extended range of programs and opportunities. Croatia's largest waterpark (Aquacolors Poreč) is also located just a 5 minute drive away.

- NO LOUD MUSIC/SHOUTING/NOISES AT ANY TIME. This is not a party neighborhood, people live here. Neighbors will call the police and fines are €1,000 for disturbing peace. If you want to party, spare the money and look for another house. If you want a relaxing family holiday, you will love this area.

- To preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood, please keep it especially quiet 20:00-08:00
- In order to prevent air-conditioning damage and outage, keep them above 23°C (they will still make amazingly cool inside)
- To comply with Croatian tourism regulations, please be so kind as to send all guest's government issued IDs so we can register you as tourist.
