Accessibility:

Property is set over two levels with stairs. Not fully step-free. Private parking, garage, and gated entrance available.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa, private pool, terraces, garden, and parking facilities. No shared spaces.



The Neighborhood:

Set above Kalafatis with open sea views in a peaceful area of Mykonos. Close to family-friendly beaches including Kalafatis, Elia, Kalo Livadi, and Lia. The newly opened Four Seasons Mykonos is nearby.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended. Private parking and garage on site. Arrival transfers can be arranged through the concierge. Short drives to beaches, beach clubs, and Mykonos Town.



Other Things to Note:

Climate/Environment Tax: A government Climate Resilience Tax applies: €15/night from April–October and €4/night from November–March, collected on arrival.



Pool heating: Pool heating is available upon request for an extra charge; operation may be weather-dependent.



House rules: No parties or events without prior approval. Local quiet hours apply.



Operational note: Guests must present valid ID and the credit card used for booking at check-in.
