The tastefully furnished kitchen is a cook's delight, equipped with an oven, microwave, and a sleek extractor fan. Whether you're preparing a full meal or a quick snack, the breakfast bar with four stools provides a perfect dining spot. Essential cooking utensils and a dishwasher make cleanup a breeze, allowing more time to savour your culinary creations.

After a day of adventure, refresh in the bathroom equipped with towels and essentials. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience, ensuring you stay fresh throughout your stay.

The minimalist decor, natural wood elements, and ample lighting create a bright and airy atmosphere, making this home a delightful urban retreat.

Located in the Ajuda district of Lisbon, this home offers a gateway to the cultural and historical treasures of Belém. Just a short walk away, explore iconic sites like the Jerónimos Monastery and the Belém Tower. Enjoy a sweet treat at the famous Pasteis de Belém, or visit the National Coach Museum for a glimpse into regal transportation history.

The house is well-served by public transport, with Belém train station nearby, offering easy access to central Lisbon and beyond. The local tram service provides a scenic route along the waterfront, making it convenient to explore all the city has to offer.

Esta propriedade permite self-check-in, e será solicitado que verifique a sua identidade antes de efetuar o check-in. O check-in pode ser realizado a partir das 14h, dependendo da disponibilidade e confirmação.

Existe uma política de tolerância zero para fumar na propriedade. Se a nossa equipa detetar evidências de violação desta regra (ex.: cheiro de fumo, cinzas, beatas, etc.), reservamo-nos o direito de cobrar uma taxa mínima de 200 €.

Para estadias superiores a 30 noites, aplica-se uma política de uso justo das utilidades, com um limite de 80 €.

Nos primeiros dias, fornecemos os itens básicos: amostras de gel de banho, champô, sabonete, papel higiénico, papel de cozinha, esponja, produtos de loiça e saco de lixo.

Chaves extra: 20 € (par extra de chaves quando disponível, chaves perdidas ou serviço para abrir a porta durante a estadia).

Limpeza extra com roupa de cama: valor da taxa de limpeza.

Roupa extra: 30 € (toalhas e lençóis para 2 pessoas, ou seja, quando a cama de sofá não está incluída).
