The sleeping area is distributed over the two floors: on the lower floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobes; the upper floor, in a mezzanine, functions as an open suite with a double bed, a private seating area, and a spacious closet, illuminated by a skylight.
All beds come with quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
The property has two bathrooms: a full one on the lower floor, equipped with a bathtub and double sink, and a service bathroom on the upper floor for your convenience.

Within the complex itself, you have access to a commercial area with a supermarket, bar, and restaurant.
The star of the location is, without a doubt, Golf. The Herdade features two 18-hole championship courses, making this the dream retreat for lovers of the sport. But the diversity of attractions is immense: just 2 minutes away, you will find the stunning Fonte da Telha Beach, famous for its natural beauty, extensive stretch of sand, and excellent fresh fish restaurants and beach bars to enjoy the sunset.
The strategic location also allows you to combine relaxation with cultural discovery. The vibrant city of Lisbon is just 25 km away (about 25 minutes by car), allowing for easy visits to the capital. Very close by, in Almada, you can visit the iconic Sanctuary of Christ the King (Cristo Rei) with the best view over the Tagus. To the south, about 30 minutes away, the picturesque village of Sesimbra and the landscapes of the Arrábida Mountains are unmissable destinations.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
