Overcrowding beyond the confirmed number of guests is not permitted (unless pre-authorised).
A refundable damage deposit of 350€ is required to cover possible damages. This amount is fully refundable after departure, subject to a damage inspection.
We recommend reporting any pre-existing damage at check-in to avoid misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with the house rules may result in the full loss of the deposit.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.
