Other Things to Note:

Climate/Environment Tax: A government Climate Resilience Tax applies and is payable on arrival: up to €15 per villa per night (Apr–Oct) and €2–€4 per villa per night (Nov–Mar).



House rules: Events and weddings are possible only with prior approval and coordination through the concierge. Pets allowed on request.



Operational notes: ID and the credit card used for booking are required at check‑in. Check‑in 15:00, check‑out 11:00.
