Set in the Tuscan countryside, this beautiful 4 bedroom country house offers far-reaching views to the sea, with Elba and Corsica visible on clear days. The house features an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space, a ground-floor bedroom and shower room, and three bedrooms upstairs, including the master suite. Outside is a 9m x 4.5m infinity pool, table tennis and table football. The village is a 15 minute walk, Cecina 15 mins by car, and beaches 20 mins away.

The house opens into a bright, open-plan living, dining, and cooking space, designed for relaxed holiday living and entertaining. Large windows frame the countryside views with this welcoming area forming the heart of the house, whether you’re cooking together, sharing long meals, or simply unwinding after a day exploring the region. Also on the ground floor is a comfortable bedroom and a shower room, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
A staircase leads to the first-floor hall, a lovely light-filled space with views across the valley. Leading off from here is the master bedroom with Juliet balcony doors opening directly onto the panoramic views. It leads through to a dressing room and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with both bath and separate shower. A second double bedroom also enjoys beautiful views across the valley towards the sea while the third bedroom with twin beds is perfect for children or friends. The second and third bedrooms share a modern bathroom with shower.

Outside, the house truly comes into its own. A place to find a shaded spot beneath the trees or enjoy the 9m x 4.5m infinity pool, perfect for cooling off on warm Tuscan days. For added entertainment, the house also offers table tennis and table football.

The charming local village is just a 15 minute walk, where you’ll find restaurants, cafés, and village shops. The lively town of Cecina is a 15 minute drive, while the beach is only 20 minutes away, offering easy access to the Tuscan coast.
The house is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano, and Lucca are all within a 2 hour drive or alternatively take a boat trip over to the glistening waters of Elba. It's also possibile to enjoy shorter excursions to nearby gems such as Casale Marittimo and Bolgheri.
