Adjacent to the living area is a dining room with seating for eight, ideal for enjoying meals prepared in the fully equipped, modern kitchen. The ground floor also houses two bedrooms with queen-size beds, 32’’ satellite Smart TVs, and elegant furnishings. One of the bedrooms offers access to a private veranda, while a communal bathroom with a shower and WC serves the floor. On the upper floor, guests will find two additional bedrooms, each with queen-size beds, satellite Smart TVs, desks, and private balconies offering breathtaking mountain and sea views. A communal bathroom with a shower is also available on this level, along with a washer and dryer for added convenience. The outdoor area of Villa Kallos is a haven for relaxation. The centerpiece is a large private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers that provide unobstructed views of the sea and lush Kissamos landscapes. A shaded pergola houses a dining area with seating for eight, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals prepared at the BBQ area, complete with a sink. The villa also features a private lawn garden and parking for three cars, ensuring a stress-free stay. The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost. There is also free parking for all of our guests. Kissamos, a 5 minute drive, is a modern seaside town, 36km east of Chania, The visitor to Kissamos can experience local life and tradition, from every day to the special cultural events organized during the summer season. In recent years it has also developed as a region renowned for its alternative, natural and eco-tourism and as such is a magnet for walkers, bird watchers, and lovers of nature generally. It is a hospitable town, well organized with all the facilities required of a self-sufficient town, such as banks, post office, internet cafes, health center, supermarkets and stores, tavernas, cafes, and bars. It also has a very pleasant seaside promenade lined with tavernas, cafes, and bars open from the morning till late at night. It’s called “environmental fee” and has been implemented for all properties. If your reservation is from January to March or from November to December, the amount is 4€ per day for the whole group (not per person). If your reservation is from April to October, the amount is 15€ per day.
