Villa Armenus is a luxurious retreat where traditional Greek island architecture meets modern comfort. Located in the picturesque village of Armeni in Apokoronas, Chania, this elegant property consists of two beautifully designed villas. Surrounded by nature, it offers the perfect setting for peaceful walks, hiking by the Fauna River, and visits to the charming nearby villages. The villa’s prime location also allows easy access to stunning beaches just 3 km away and cultural sites like the Ancient City of Aptera and the Historical-Folklore Museum of Gavalochori.

The main villa features an impressive glass façade that frames breathtaking views of the White Mountains, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and serenity. The interiors are designed with high aesthetics, offering comfort and warmth with wooden ceilings and abundant natural light. The villa includes two spacious bedrooms, one on each floor, and two elegantly designed bathrooms. A cozy living area with a sofa bed accommodates additional guests, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals together.

The outdoor spaces are designed for ultimate relaxation. A private swimming pool is surrounded by lush tropical gardens, creating a serene oasis for sunbathing and swimming. Guests can unwind in the hot tub, enjoy outdoor dining at the large monastery-style table under the shade of a mulberry tree, and make use of the traditional oven and barbecue area. Every detail has been carefully curated to offer a luxurious and memorable stay, blending nature, comfort, and elegance in perfect harmony.

Mid-stay cleaning is available at €60 per cleaning.

The swimming pool dimensions are 5x2.5m with a depth of 1,4m.

The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.

There is also free parking outside of the property for all of our guests.

We have to inform you of a new fee mandated by the Greek government. It’s called “environmental fee” and has been implemented for all properties. If your reservation is from January to March or from November to December, the amount is 4€ per day for the whole group (not per person). If your reservation is from April to October, the amount is 15€ per day. To streamline the process and ensure a seamless experience during your stay, we kindly request your cooperation in settling this fee upon your arrival.



Once your booking is confirmed, one of our Aegean Team members will be in contact with you to answer any questions you might have. They will be your personal vacation advisor and they will offer you their best recommendations for food, nightlife, beaches, activities, attractions etc. During your whole stay, you will be in immediate contact with your vacation advisor.
