Maritini Villa is a fully equipped, modern villa located in the heart of Crete, offering a tranquil and luxurious escape with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The villa features a master bedroom and two bathrooms, providing ample space for up to four guests. The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy dining area, creating the perfect setting for meals together.

The villa’s most prominent feature is its private pool, which offers a stunning view of the famous Falasarna Beach. A tree in the front yard provides natural shade, while the outdoor dining table offers an idyllic spot to relax and enjoy your meals with a beautiful view.

All rooms are bathed in natural light, with large windows providing scenic views of the surrounding landscape. Central heating and air conditioning ensure year-round comfort, and there’s plenty of parking with a private entrance.

Located just a short drive from the renowned Falasarna Beach, Maritini Villa is in close proximity to shops, cafes, traditional taverns, and local restaurants, allowing you to immerse yourself in authentic Greek culture while enjoying the comforts of home. Recently renovated, the villa exudes a fresh and bright atmosphere, ideal for those seeking a quiet, stylish retreat in one of Crete's most beloved areas.

The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.

There is also free parking for all of our guests.
