The ground floor of this villa opens into a spacious, open-plan area with stunning sea views through large glass doors. This level includes a cozy living room with a large corner sofa, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the main terrace and pool area. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area for eight are also on this floor. Additionally, a bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and direct pool access awaits, offering beautiful sea views.

Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and balcony facing the sea. All rooms are spacious, airy, and furnished in a luxurious, modern style.

The outdoor space is truly special, featuring an infinity pool, shaded pergolas with outdoor furniture, and a BBQ area for al fresco dining. Little guests can safely enjoy the playground set on a grassy area to prevent injuries.

With space for up to eight guests, this villa is ideal for relaxing stays. If you need more space, consider booking both twin villas in the complex.

Nearby, Falasarna Beach is just 14 km away, along with many local tavernas and restaurants serving Mediterranean cuisine.

The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the suites amenities are included in the rental cost.



If guests wish to use the pool heating system, it is available with the following settings:

• Free at 20°C

• €40/day at 23°C

• €80/day at 26°C

• €110/day at 28°C

• €140/day at 30°C



Minimum use: 5 days

The system needs less than 24 hours to reach the desired temperature.
