Guests have exclusive use of the entire estate: villa, pool, terraces, gardens and parking. Staff access only for scheduled cleaning and maintenance.

Set above Agia Marina on Aegina’s verdant east coast, the villa is a 3-min drive (20-min walk) to the sandy beach, cafés and mini-markets. Explore pistachio farms, the 500 BC Temple of Aphaia (8 min), or hop on a water-taxi to uninhabited Moni Islet for turquoise swims.
Getting Around:
Ferries run hourly from Piraeus (Athens) to Aegina Town (1 hr). From there it’s a 15-min taxi to the villa. Car hire recommended for exploring; free on-site parking for 3 cars.
