The villa is part of a complex of villas each one with its private pool and areas. The Villas are separated from each other, in such a way, keeping privacy and exclusivity intact. Each Villa has been designed to have its own "personality", fulfilling everyone's accommodation desires. Each villa has an outdoor gas grill.

This villa features a beautifully maintained garden next to its L-shaped swimming pool and it is ideal for guests who want to spend their vacation time relaxing in a high-standard villa. Due to its extensive garden area and special facilities, it is particularly attractive and safe and also appeals to young families.

The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests in 4 Double rooms and 2 Single rooms.

It unfolds over three levels:

- The upper level includes three bedrooms with stunning views of the Aegean Sea and a large family bathroom.
- The ground floor features a comfortable and chic living room designed to offer a pleasant and relaxing flow of indoor and outdoor living with privacy and tranquility.
- The lower floor consists of two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. There is one additional bedroom and bathroom on this floor that have been specially adapted for guests with additional needs or disabilities.

The interior design and style of the villa has a contemporary vibe and the decoration, a modern and light feeling.
