Located in the historic cradle of the city, this accommodation sits on one of Porto's oldest and most genuine arteries, right next to the imposing Cathedral (Sé). The neighbourhood breathes history, with its narrow cobbled streets and colourful façades that tell centuries of tradition. The energy here is vibrant and authentic, allowing you to feel the true "tripeira" soul. You will be surrounded by traditional shops, local grocery stores, and typical restaurants, all in an environment that balances the authenticity of local residents with the city's tourist pulse.

The location is absolutely strategic for exploring the most iconic landmarks on foot. In just a few minutes, you can reach the famous São Bento Station to admire its tiles or cross the upper deck of the D. Luís I Bridge for the best sunset views. The descent towards the river quickly takes you to Ribeira, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you can enjoy a terrace by the Douro. Proximity to Rua das Flores and Clérigos ensures that nightlife and culture are always within reach, without the need for a car.

Beyond being the ideal starting point for discovering Porto, this address offers excellent connectivity for exploring the Minho region. From the nearby São Bento Station, you have easy and direct access to unmissable historic cities such as Guimarães (the birthplace of the nation) and Braga. Thus, this accommodation allows you to live in the heart of Porto's history and, with total convenience, take day trips to discover the best that Northern Portugal has to offer.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

There are bus stops in the surrounding streets, with several lines, and the São Bento metro station is just 160 meters away.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 21-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
