This lovely 6 bed Villa is situated in the peaceful Domaine of Sinopolis,with Pool and wonderful views of St Tropez.

This Villa is 280m2 and sits on a plot of 1300m2. There is an open plan dining / kitchen and lounge opening out onto a large terrace with an outside dining and views over the Bay and St Tropez. The decor throughout the house is light and natural in colour, the designer has used a palette of creams and beige, marble and béton ciré flooring

There are two bedrooms at entry level both sharing a large family bathroom (with bath) and separate dressing area. The master bedroom opens onto the terrace with a fabulous view of the Bay.
Down below are two en-suite bedrooms both with terrace and garden access.
There is a lounge area with a large L shaped sofa and Smart TV. A dining area with dining table that looks over the Bay and a fully equipped kitchen.
There is also an independent studio with two double bedrooms that share a shower room. This is a wonderful villa for a family holiday to St Tropez.

The house has a large rectangular salt pool, a terrace with loungers and parasols and private parking.
The Villa sits in Sinopolis, Gassin. A private Domain with its own security. It’s a bike ride into town along the coastal cycle path. There are many nice beaches to walk to from the Villa.
