Sea Breeze apartment n. 1 is located on the edge of the village of Kalamitsi, only walking distance from the local tavernas and shops. It is newly renovated (in 2017), fully equipped modern apartment accommodating max. 5 persons. In total there are two apartments, both on the first floor (apartment n. 1 is larger, can accommodate up to 5 persons, has got a private pool and is bookable via this listing and apartment n. 2 can accommodate up to 4 persons and is bookable via another listing on airbnb as “Sea Breeze n. 2”). In each apartment there is one bedroom with a queen size bed, modern bathroom (shower with a hydro massage) and a large modern kitchen with a full size cooker, fridge, dishwasher and all cooking equipment one might need. The sitting area has got a sofa which converts very easily into a regular double bed and a 48” TV (apartment n. 1 has also got an armchair which converts into a single bed). Both apartments are fully air conditioned and free WiFi is also provided.
Both apartments have got two balconies equipped with tables and chairs.
The two apartments can be booked together for a group for up to 9 persons.

!! Apartment n. 1 has got a private pool (used only by clients from this apartment, not the smaller apartment n.2). The pool size is 7x4 m, with salt water system (no chlorine), swim current and hydro massage.
The pool area is equipped with large sun-beds and outside shower.
There is a BBQ next to the pool area with a sitting space furnished with garden furniture and free parking on site.

The village of Kalamitsi is one of the oldest villages of the island, located on the west coast, 16 kilometres south of the capital (Lefkada town).
The apartment is located on the edge of a traditional greek village, in a quiet surrounding, only walking distance from the local shops and restaurants.
Although located in a mountain area it is only 4 km from the magnificent beaches (Kathisma, Mylos, Avali, Megali Petra, Kavalikefta) where you can enjoy swimming in crystal clear waters and true relaxation.
