Summary:

The detached house is located on a main road in Lixouri, Kefalonia. Lixouri is a beautiful small town and has many lovely beaches that are well worth visiting. It also offers pharmacies, medical clinics, supermarkets, churches, a playground, a central square, a public gym, and pleasant streets for walking. Guests can enjoy a beach that is only a five-minute walk from the house.



The Space:

The detached house includes two bedrooms, one kitchen, one bathroom, and a living room combined with a dining area. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has a single bed. In the living room, there is a sofa that converts into a bed, a television, and a religious icon corner.



The property also features central air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a washing machine.



There are also two courtyards (as shown in the photos). The house does not have private parking; however, guests can park their vehicle on the side of the road.

For nature lovers, the surrounding countryside offers olive groves, walking trails, and scenic viewpoints. The area is also close to the port of Lixouri, which provides regular ferry connections to Argostoli, the island’s capital, making island hopping and day trips easy.



Public transport is convenient, with local bus routes connecting Lixouri to popular beaches and villages across Kefalonia. Kefalonia International Airport is approximately 40 minutes away by car, offering seasonal domestic and international flights. With its friendly community, beautiful coastal scenery, and excellent connectivity, this area is an ideal base for travelers looking to experience the authentic charm of Kefalonia while staying close to the island’s main attractions.

This fee cannot be included in the booking price and must be collected separately before arrival, as stipulated by the Greek authorities. The fee is: €8 per night for apartments €15 per night for villas Please note: This amount is not a charge from us, and we do not profit from it in any way. Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances. Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law. We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you.
