This is a residence with a total surface area of 170 sq.m., featuring a modern design, specially configured to offer a complete and high-quality holiday experience.

The accommodation can comfortably host up to 5 guests in 2 spacious and fully equipped bedrooms, ideally covering the needs of families or groups of friends.

Anatoli is part of the Plakoti Village complex and is one of the modern residences built with attention to detail and aesthetics.
It is located in the enchanting area of Maroulas, in the region of Rethymno. It offers an environment of absolute tranquility and relaxation.
All basic amenities and services that may be needed during your stay (shops, dining, supermarkets, etc.) are located within a distance of 2 kilometers, offering comfort and ease of transportation.
At a distance of 4.4 kilometers lies the beautiful area of Platanias, where guests can enjoy organized beaches with umbrellas and sunbeds, ideal for moments of relaxation by the sea, as well as a wide range of amenities.
The old, picturesque town of Rethymno is 13.7 kilometers away, providing direct access to important cultural and tourist attractions such as the Archaeological Museum, the Fortezza Fortress, as well as a multitude of historical and cultural sights that will impress you and make your holidays even more memorable.

** Interior Layout:

First Floor:
– Bedroom 1: There is a Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), independent air conditioning, 32" HD Smart TV, storage space, power outlets next to the bed, and a window with mountain view.
– Bedroom 2: There are two single beds (0.80 x 1.80 m), a portable fan, storage space, and power outlets next to the beds.
– Kitchen: Fully equipped, with electrical appliances and everything else necessary for meal preparation.
– Dining Area: Indoor space with a table for 5 people.
– Bathroom: Located next to the room, with a shower, washing machine, toiletries, and hairdryer.
– Outdoor Floor Area: At the entrance there is a spacious and very beautiful balcony with furniture and sofas that can accommodate up to 5 people, with a lovely view of the sea and mountains, and if needed, it is arranged for absolute privacy. On the opposite side of the floor, there is another spacious balcony with stunning views and fitness equipment.

** Outdoor Area:
Fully fenced and landscaped area.

After your booking, please send us the following:
– Please provide us with your full flight details in advance.
– Please provide us with the number of children and their ages.
– Your arrival time at the accommodation.
– IF there are any changes to the originally stated arrival time, please inform us via email or phone for better service.
– The passport or ID number of the main guest (must be 18+), according to the applicable accommodation legislation.
Your details will be kept with absolute confidentiality and used exclusively for legal and administrative purposes, ensuring the safety and proper management of your stay.
The accommodation cost does not include the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee.
The cost for this accommodation amounts to €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable at check-in.
