**Private three-level residence consisting of a ground floor, first floor, and attic.



**Private heated swimming pool. Pool heating is available upon request, requires continuous use, and must be arranged in advance prior to arrival. An additional charge applies.



**Access via staircase.



**Exclusive use of all indoor and outdoor areas of the property.

**Private parking space for up to 2 vehicles.



**Accommodation for up to 7 guests, including a sofa bed that sleeps the 7th guest.



– The residence is rented exclusively to guests, ensuring full privacy throughout the stay. All areas of the house and the swimming pool are intended solely for the use of the guests.



– For a pleasant stay and out of respect for the neighborhood, we kindly ask guests to keep noise levels low during quiet hours from 23:00 to 07:00. Thank you for your understanding.
