The residence features 4 bedrooms, each with en-suite full bathroom, Located in Gerani, the villa offers breathtaking sea views and is situated approximately 1.8 km from the center of the village of Gerani, 3 km from the national road and the nearest beach of Gerani.

The villa’s outdoor area is thoughtfully designed for ultimate relaxation, seamlessly blending with the surrounding landscape. The impressive 80m² infinity pool features 4 submerged sun loungers for a truly luxurious experience, along with additional standard sun loungers. A cozy fire pit area with seating invites evening gatherings, while an extra outdoor lounge provides even more space to unwind. For alfresco dining, the villa boasts a BBQ with sink and a shaded dining table for 8 persons, perfect for enjoying meals with panoramic sea and hill views. The entire property is fenced for privacy and safety, with level ground throughout and no steps, ensuring easy access for all guests.

Indoors, the open-plan living area is bright and inviting, featuring a large Smart TV, a comfortable fireplace, and a dining area. The fully equipped open kitchen includes a breakfast bar where guests can enjoy casual meals. A sofa bed provides flexible sleeping arrangements for the extra guest. Three of the 4 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, air conditioning, and an open-style wardrobe for added convenience. The 4th bedroom is located in the attic (accessed via internal stairs), together with its own en-suite bathroom (also featuring a shower, air conditioning, and open-style wardrobe). Additionally, the 4th bedroom has 4 single beds and a separate entrance, making it feel independent from the main house although attached.
