A built-in barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining and entertaining is available for your use.
The outdoor furniture includes sun beds, dining table and chairs, ideal for enjoying your meals in the warm Madeira sun while taking in the breathtaking scenery.
The air-conditioned office is set up as a twin bedroom with working desk, complemented by a reading room that opens to front deck. A family bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet can also be found on the ground floor.
On the 1st floor you will find the elegantly furbished and air conditioned Master bedroom 1 and Master bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom, work desk and built in wardrobes. Both bedrooms face south and open to the south facing balcony with views over pool deck, countryside and sea.

The resort of Calheta is 7.6 Km away, and the picturesque surfing mecca of Jardim do Mar 7 Km away. A 50-minute drive takes you to Funchal, and Palheiro Golf and the airport are under one hour away.

The property is prepared for your arrival. For stays of longer than 7 nights, a change of linen and towels, and light mid-stay cleaning of bathrooms is provided on a day and time to be advised at check-in.
All linen and towels are provided, including towels for the swimming pool.
For health reasons, linen for a baby cot is not provided and you should bring your own.
Guests need to vacate the villa during a mid-stay clean and change of linen.

The rental value varies with the number of people occupying the property, so please ensure you enter the correct dates, number of adults, children and infants. Please note that supplements apply should additional people join you for any length of time.
Casa Laranja is equipped with outdoor CCTV cameras: one camera facing the main entrance door and additional cameras positioned along the sides of the house, directed toward the entrance access areas, ensuring enhanced property security.
To secure your reservation we require a 30% deposit, or the full amount if you are arriving within 8 weeks. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A security deposit of 500€ is required by credit card prior to check-in.
The payment of a Tourist Tax has been implemented across all of Madeira and Porto Santo by the local Municipalities. This applies to all visitors to Madeira aged 13 or over, and costs 2€ per person per day up to a maximum of 14€ per person.
Your accommodation is legally responsible for collecting these amounts and paying them on your behalf to the applicable municipality.
The Municipality Tourist Tax will be collected via credit card on the online check-in procedure.
