This is a great house in Port Grimaud Sud walking distance to the residents beach and to Place Spoerry with its bars and restaurants.
The house is fully Air Conditioned, it has a comfortable open plan lounge with two sofas, a SMART television and dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with fridge freezer, second freezer, dishwasher,microwave, washer/dryer machine and Nespresso coffee machine.
At the entrance there is a large walkin waterfall shower with WC.
Upstairs there are two good sized double bedrooms both with 160cm beds and canal views, there is a third with a small double bed.
There is a family bathroom, with bath, shower over bath, vanity unit with wash hand basin and WC.
This house has a lovely terrace, fully tiled, with an outside dining; large electric awning and lounge area.
At the front of the house there is a cafe table and chairs to sit and enjoy a coffee in the morning.
