Despite its tranquil setting, The Villa is just a 5 minute drive from Kassiopi harbour, where you'll find waterfront tavernas, stylish cafes, boutique shops, and relaxed evening bars. Several beautiful beaches are close by, including the picturesque coves around Kassiopi and the calm, family friendly beach of Imerolia on the west side of the headland.

Spacious Accommodation for Up to 8 Guests

Set over two generous levels, The Villa comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests in four air conditioned bedrooms with three bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.

The upper level features a bright, open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable lounge. Large doors open onto a sea facing balcony, perfectly furnished for al fresco dining or sunset drinks while enjoying panoramic coastal views. A double bedroom and a family bathroom complete this floor.

On the lower level at pool height, accessed via an internal or external staircase, there are three further bedrooms, two twins, one with ensuite and one double along with a shared shower room and utility area. Each bedroom opens directly onto the sun terrace and private swimming pool, measuring 8.9 x 4 metres depth 0.8–1.8 m.

The sun drenched pool terrace is the heart of The Villa, enjoying sunshine from morning through late afternoon. Guests can relax under the shaded pergola, stretch out on sun loungers, or enjoy long, leisurely meals prepared on the traditional stone barbecue. From every angle, the views across Kassiopi Bay and the Ionian Sea are simply spectacular.
