Villa Olivina 1 is in a great central location of Matagorda within walking distance to the impressive sandy beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The centre of lively Puerto del Carmen and its beautiful Playa Grande Beach are around 10 minutes' drive away. Back at the villa, you'll have sophisticated, airy interiors and a fabulous pool. You can even enjoy volcanic views from the comfort of your private terrace. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the lounge are included.

Villa Olivina 1 is within walking distance from the promenade and Matagorda Beach, as well as the local shopping centre with a selection of small shops and restaurants. There is also some nightly entertainment in the square. The larger resort of Puerto del Carmen is about a 10 minute drive away and offers a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
