Indoor Facilities
On the ground floor, the villa features a bright open-plan living area with a comfortable seating space, a Smart TV, and direct access to the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances, while the dining area is ideal for daily meals. A shared bathroom with a shower is also available on this level.
The first floor offers two bedrooms with sea views. One bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom features two twin beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and have direct access to a private balcony with a stunning sea view. En-suite bathrooms with bathtubs ensure comfort and privacy throughout the stay.
Outdoor Facilities
The outdoor area is thoughtfully designed to promote relaxation and privacy. A private swimming pool, complemented by sun loungers and umbrellas, provides the perfect setting for refreshing swims and leisurely moments under the Cretan sun.
Guests can enjoy outdoor meals at the shaded dining area, complete with a charcoal barbecue, ideal for shared moments with family or friends. The open surroundings enhance the sense of calm, while a private parking space is also available.
Corali Villa IV is part of the Corali Villas complex, which consists of four independent villas one next to the other. The complex includes Corali Villa I and Corali Villa IV, each featuring two bedrooms, as well as Corali Villa II and Corali Villa III, which offer three bedrooms each.
Please note that the villa is pet-friendly. Pets are welcome only upon request, and an additional fee may apply. Kindly inform us in advance if you wish to bring a pet.
**From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15EUR per night/villa from April to October and 4EUR per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
