Location

The apartment is ideally located halfway between Nice and Antibes on the Côte d’Azur in the residential area of Les Maurettes, a 2-minute walk from the Parc naturel départemental de Vaugrenier, a large protected natural park.

There are many beautiful beaches nearby, the closest is approximately a 5-minute drive / 20-minute walk. For younger guests, a day out at the Marineland aquarium (a 5-minute drive) or Aquasplash water park (a 6- minute drive) is always a hit.

The medieval hilltop village of Biot is an 11-minute drive and provides a relaxing day out, and is known for the Musée Nationale Fernand Léger, featuring masterpieces of Cubist art and its pretty cobbled streets, art galleries, cafés and restaurants. For self-catering, the town has 2 markets. The Provençal market (Tuesday morning), where you can pick up local specialities and fresh fruit and vegetables, and the Farmers’ market (Saturday morning) is the place to go for organic and local produce. For those wishing to explore further, the iconic Promenade des Anglais in Nice is around 25 minutes by car.

The closest international airport is Nice Côte d\'Azur Airport (NCE), approximately a 15-minute drive away. There is also a local bus service, a short walk from the apartment, and the Villeneuve-Loubet train station is an 8-minute walk away.
