Just 5 minutes' walk takes you to the village centre with shops, bars and tavernas, plus the sandy beach is only 10 minutes' drive away. The light and spacious interiors flow through to the pool terrace where there is plenty of space to relax around the private pool. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Kostas Maria is a detached villa located in the village of Episkopi, just 5 minutes' walk from a mini market and a bakery perfect for all your daily essentials. Dotted around this village are many old stone houses and a traditional church and it retains the atmosphere and lifestyle. If you want a morning stroll by the Episkopi Beach you will only be 5 minutes' drive away. It is known to be one of the beaches in Crete with soft sand and calm waters. The town of Rethymnon is around 25 minutes' drive away with its traditional and beautiful historic old town, Venetian Harbour and superb Blue Flag beaches.
