Villa Sortetes is a wonderful 5 bedroom property ideally located just outside of Javea Old Town. You'll be only a 10 minute walk from the centre of the old town, a charming maze of narrow streets with a whole host of restaurants and bars to choose from. Javea Port and the beautiful Blue Flag Arenal Beach are also just a 10 minute drive or taxi ride away. Back at the villa you'll have plenty of outdoor space with a large private pool and shaded alfresco dining area, perfect for large families or groups travelling together. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Sortetes is a detached villa with a superb location on the outskirts of Javea Old Town. From here it's just a 10 minute walk to the centre of the historic old town, where you'll have plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The pretty port area, well known for its seafood restaurants, as well as the beautiful Arenal Beach are both just a 10 minute drive or taxi ride away. There are also many more coves and beaches to explore within easy reach along the picturesque coastline.
